Florida Department of Health Alexis Lambert has been named chief of staff by Surgeon General Dr. John Armstrong; Jennifer Tschetter has been named chief operating officer; and Nathan Dunn will serve as deputy chief operating officer.
Florida Department of Economic Opportunity Jessica Sims has been named communications Director for the Department by executive director Jesse Panuccio; she previously served as the Department’s Press Secretary.
Florida Department of Citrus On October 21st, Shannon Shepp was named executive director of the Florida Department of Citrus by the Florida Citrus Commission. Shepp had served as interim executive director since July.
Florida Transportation Commission Brad Swanson has been named the Commission’s executive director. Swanson previously worked at the Florida Department of Transportation as the Freight, Logistics and Passenger Operations Administrator.
Port Canaveral CEO John Walsh has agreed to step down, effective January 21st. A replacement has not been named.
Florida Chamber of Commerce Frank C. Walker III is the Chamber’s new vice president of government affairs. Walker previously worked as U.S. Congressman Daniel Webster’s chief of staff.
Florida CHAIN Representative Mark Pafford(D-West Palm Beach) has been named CEOof Florida Community Health Action Information Network. Pafford is the minority leader in the House and has served as House Ranking Member of the Health and Human Services Appropriations Committee.
