Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, and Thomas Sellers, a vice president and director at Moffitt, resigned under pressure amid a controversy that linked him and others at the hospital to possible exploitation of American-funded research by China. Board chair Timothy Adams will serve as interim CEO until a replacement is named.
