Governor Rick Scott appointments:

Board of Dentistry Reappointed was Catherine Cabanzon, West Palm Beach, dental hygienist at Advanced Dentistry South Florida. Appointed were Dr. Nicholas Kavouklis, Tampa, president and chief executive officer of Argus Dental & Vision, Inc.; and Fabio A. Andrade, Weston, managing director for FAAC Consulting, LLC.

Board of Pharmacy Appointed were Dr. Jeffrey Mesaros, Orlando, senior legal counsel of pharmacy practice for CVS Health; and David Wright, Fort Pierce, owner of Butterfield Pharmacy.

CareerSource Florida Board of Directors Reappointed were Rick Matthews, Viera, vice president of global operations of NorthropGrumman Systems Corporation; William Johnson, Tampa, former Vice President of finance shared services at Coca-Cola Refreshments; Elisha Gonzalez Bonnewitz, Winter Park, government and community relations manager for Duke Energy; Rose Conry, Jacksonville, CEO of Stafftime; and Tim Center, Tallahassee, founder of Centerfield Strategy and the CEO of Capital Area Community Action Agency. Appointed were Stephanie Smith, Miami, senior public policy manager at Uber Technologies; and Camille Lee-Johnson, Atlantic Beach, chief operating officer at Lee Wesley and Associates.

Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Appointed were Sonya Rood, St. Augustine; and Gary Nicklaus, Jupiter.

Jacksonville Aviation Authority Reappointed were Patrick Kilbane, Jacksonville, a financial advisor with Ullmann Brown Wealth Advisors; and Giselle Carson, Jacksonville, an attorney and shareholder with Marks Gray PA.

Jefferson County Sheriff Rick Scott appointed Alfred “Mac” McNeill interim sheriff. McNeill replaces Sheriff David Hobbs who died November 27th at the age of 58.

St. Augustine – St. Johns County Airport Authority Appointed was Victor J. Raymos, St. Augustine, association executive and chief executive officer of the St. Augustine – St. Johns County Board of Realtors.
