Florida Department of Health Alberto Moscoso, the chief public information officer for the Florida Department of Health, left the agency in November. A replacement has not been named.

Florida Division of Administrative Hearings Appointed by the Florida Cabinet to serve as chief judge of the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings was outgoing Broward County Supervisor of Elections Pete Antonacci. Governor DeSantis, CFO Jimmy Patronis and Attorney General Ashley Moody supported his appointment.
