Governor Scott Appointments:

Board of Dentistry Dr. Matthew Freedman, Naples, orthodontist with Main Street Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics; and Dr. Nicholas White, Longwood, owner of Lake Mary Pediatric Dentistry.

Board of Medicine Reappointed were Dr. Jorge Lopez, 60, Orlando, a physician with Florida Emergency Physicians of TeamHealth; and Dr. Merle Stringer, Panama City, a neurosurgeon with Brain and Spine Center. Appointed was Dr. Steven Falcone, Miami, chief executive officer of UHealth Clinical Practice and a professor at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

Florida Commission on Community Service Reappointed were Chucha Barber, Tallahassee, president of Chucha Barber Productions; Todd Demko, Safety Harbor, financial advisor with Flaharty Asset Management; and Ashton Hayward, Pensacola, mayor of the City of Pensacola. Appointed were Christina Bonarrigo, Coral Gables, associate director of external affairs for the University of Florida Foundation; and Jayne Cerio, Tallahassee, a former public school teacher.

Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Reappointed was Domingo Sanchez, Kissimmee, president of Titan Land Company, LLC and Titan Management, LLC Appointed was Maggi Montalvo, Oviedo, executive vice president and the chief operations officer of First Colony Bank of Florida.

Jacksonville Port Authority Appointed was J. Palmer Clarkson, Jacksonville, president and chief executive officer of Bridgestone HosePower.

St. Johns River Water Management District Appointed was Allan Roberts, St. Augustine, owner and operator of First Coast Cattle, LLC and a member of the Florida Cattlemen’s Association and the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association.

St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners Appointed was Anthony Bonna, Fort Pierce, Director of Advertising and Digital Strategy for The Stoneridge Group LLC and the founder of The Good Help Group LLC.
