Governor Rick Scott appointments:

Chipola College District Board of Trustees Reappointed was Daniel “Danny” Ryals, Altha, a broker with Danny Ryals Real Estate and the owner of R & R Warehouses.

Daytona State College District Board of Trustees Appointed was Sarah Dougherty, Edgewater, co-owner of Dougherty Manufacturing.

Florida Keys Community College District Board of Trustees Reappointed were Sheldon Suga, Duck Key, VP Managing Director at Hawks Cay Resort in Duck Key; and Stephanie Scuderi, Tavernier, Market President for the Upper Keys at Centennial Bank.

Florida Polytechnic University Board of Trustees Reappointed was Gary Wendt, Ft. Lauderdale, Chairman of Deerpath Capital Management, LP.

Florida Southwestern State College Board Appointed was Danny Nix, Punta Gorda, owner of Nix & Associates Real Estate, LLC.

Florida Virtual School Board of Trustees Reappointed was Iris Gonzalez, Tierra Verde, senior manager of state government affairs at Charter Communications. Gonzalez previously served as the director of multicultural relations for the Bright House Network.

Gulf Coast State College District Board of Trustees Reappointed were Steve Millaway, Panama City Beach, founder and managing director of TechFarms Capital and the CEO of TechFarms, LLC.; Donald Crisp, Panama City Beach, vice president of First American Title Insurance; David Warriner, Port St. Joe, owner of Warriner-Tapper Investments; and Elizabeth Kirvin, Apalachicola, assistant principal of Apalachicola Bay Charter School and a founding board member.

 Gulf County Board of County Commissioners Appointed was David Rich, Wewahitchka, store manager of Rich’s IGA Supermarket, a family owned business. Rich is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Gulf County Chamber of Commerce.

Hillsborough Community College District Board of Trustees Reappointed was Randall Reid, Tampa, vice president of business development for J.E. Dunn Construction.

South Florida State College District Board of Trustees Reappointed was Joe Wright, Avon Park, the president of V. W. Farms.
