FLORIDA LOTTERY Tom Delacenserie, Tallahassee, Interim Secretary of the Florida Lottery. He replaces Cynthia O’Connell who recently resigned. Delacenserie has been the Deputy Secretary of Sales and Marketing at the Florida Lottery since 2013 and has worked for the Lottery since 2000.
FLORIDA FISH AND WILDLIFE ASSOCIATION Robert Spottswood, Key West, chief executive officer of Spottswood Companies Inc. and a member of the Third District Court of Appeals Judicial Nominating Commission and the Governor’s Commission on Healthcare and Hospital Funding. He replaces Richard Corbett who resigned as the Chair of the agency’s Commission on September 1st.
